My first expressions of art were as a young child. I used it to escape into my inner world which I found useful to cope with trauma. I make art compulsively and I can get v passionate abt it.

I also make art to endure suffering. Im a surivor of a vicious cult that abused and violated 3 generations of my family. Art has certainly helped me in coping with it. I found when times are at their worst, art is what I would gravitate towards - any method to put me in a safe headspace I can be with myself and breath.

I reject any leadership that discriminates LGTBQ. I refuse to make art that is complicit or fits in a fascist society.
